Summer Vacation 2012

This past weekend, Jeremy, the Madore-ables and I took a little 3-hour trip (that really took about 6 hours) up to Weld, Maine to camp at Mount Blue State Park for our Summer Vacation.  I myself had never been camping, and the Madore-ables absolutely LOVED it.  My brother in law, Christian and his family were able to join us too, so the girls had a lot of fun with their cousins.

Along with hours of exploring, and playing down at the lake, we also ventured to Tumbledown Mountain which was quite an adventure in itself.  The Madore-ables slept VERY well.

There's just something about fresh mountain air...

The morning we left.  It was POURING rain out, but the Madore-ables were SO excited to go camping.

Sarah's Moo Cow driving us on the Maine Turnpike.
(She's very courteous and used her turn signals)

A picnic pit stop along the way.  I have no idea where we were, but we were definitely in the sticks.

ThermaCell.
Best. Investment. Ever.

Being silly Sunday morning at breakfast.
