Dear Sarah (31 Month Update)

Dear Sarah,

Today you turn 31 months old. You are growing up so quickly. You're really observing Samantha these days.

You're really talking in full sentences, and more clear these days. When you're upset about something, you're using big girl words to tell us what is wrong. Now, granted, we still need to work on taking Samantha's toys from her and sharing but we know that will come soon enough with a little help.

While we're in the car, you let Mommy know what's going on outside. If there's a construction crew, someone is fixing the road. If there's a big yellow school bus, well, there's a big yellow school bus and then you start singing the Wheels on the Bus song. You also let me know when there are balloons floating around too. You love music and react so well to it. While we're in the car, you very politely let us know what song requests you have.

We have noticed that you have quite the arm on you when it comes to throwing a ball. We're amazed at the force behind it. And 9 out of 10 times you do very well with getting the ball to whomever you're playing with.

Mommy and Daddy love to see what you're doing from month to month. You've grown leaps and bounds since last year. Your're climbing the stairs more confidently. You're also climbing into Mommy's Jeep and into your car seat. We can't wait to see what you're going to do in the coming months. Just know that we love you, and thank you for all of your thoughtful big hugs and kisses from morning until night time.

Love you always and forever,

Love, Mommy & Daddy

This is what you looked like this time last year in July 2010

And this is what you look like today in July 2011
