- Jeremy and I found out some exciting news last week: we're moving! It's a very positive and exciting thing for us on so many levels. We will be moving in on August 1st and will be staying in the outer suburban Boston area. We'll be moving to a safer area, plus we know where we'll be enrolling the Madore-ables into school. Financially it's just a great decision and we're VERY excited.
- We had such a wonderful time this weekend with Samantha's Birthday party and our trip up in Maine. We don't get to go away all that often, so to be away from the house for a few days, plus survive a four hour road trip to Rangely, Maine is amazing in itself too. Jeremy and I took a ton of pictures for Samantha's Birthday party and our weekend in Maine that I'll blog about next week.
- While on our trip to Maine, Sarah woke up super early on Tuesday morning. So we both got dressed and grabbed some breakfast and headed outside to sit on the hammock together. I was surprised that Sarah sat as still as she did, but with a Dixie Cup full of grapes, a banana and a Sippy Cup, that took some time to finish. It was very relaxing and talked about many things: (1) We counted the kayaks on the shore (2) We counted grapes (3) I think we sang several versions of "Wheels on the Bus" and (4) Attempted to say "Winken, Blinkin & Nod".
- Samantha has been swimming like a little fish in my Mom's pool. At first we couldn't get her in the pool, and now we can't get her out! It feels good to know that Samantha knows she's doing something big. Her big smile says so much when she starts floating and kicking and splashing around.
- Samantha had her 4 y/o pediatrician's appointment yesterday morning. According to her Pedi, she is now tall enough and weighs enough to upgrade her car seat to a booster seat. When did I become old enough for this? We're amazed at just how quickly Samantha is growing up.
