Skating With Daddy

Last weekend we decided to christen Samantha's ice skates from Christmas...she was so excited from the time we announced that we were leaving the house to the point where Jeremy and Sam left the ice and wanted to know when she could skate again :)

Samantha did very well and hope to go back again this Saturday. Knowing that something as simple as ice skating could make her smile and be so happy was just awesome.

While Daddy and Sam were out on the ice, Sarah and I had a great time sitting on the bleachers, talking to the other parents; playing with the goodies that we brought in her backpack. Sarah's favorite part was walking by the door of the rink and watching the skaters going by. She especially loved watching Daddy and her big sister go by.
