Twas the day of Thanksgiving
And all through the house,
Were the smells of things cooking
And people giving thanks; saying Grace.
The turkey was cooking in the oven with great care
In hopes that the meal would soon be done so all could share.
So now is the time, I think I should say,
HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL and enjoy your day!
Remember to pause and be thankful for the things in your life, no matter how difficult things may be.
