- This past week, Samantha has been preparing for her last day of preschool, and here we are. This morning, the parents of the graduates are invited to come to the ceremony. Samantha and her class were asked to dress up in red, white and blue, and practice the Pledge of Allegence. I do have to say that Sam has done a great job with her practicing. SO good in fact, Sarah is also trying to say it too!
- Now that the Madore-ables know how to write their name, I've been having them signing their names on any greeting cards we send out. We're so impressed with how Samantha's handwriting has improved since she started school last September. Sarah is so motivated and eager to everything her big sister is doing!
- I managed to snag the free pass to Imajine That in Lawrence for this weekend. The Madore-ables have no idea yet. Bwah ha ha ha.
- Just two weeks from now, we'll be preparing for our Summer vacation. This year, our adventures will take us to camping in Maine with Jeremy's brother and his wife and kids. The Madore-ables are really excited to spend some time with their cousins.
- One of the nights I worked this past week was a very long one. I came home to a quiet house (Jeremy was still awake to chat with) and the girls were completely sound asleep in their beds. Seeing their nomads in their beds at night, I checked in on them to make sure they were in their beds, and Sam woke up just long enough to say, "I love you Mommy. Did you have a good night at work?" Best thing I heard all night after a rough night in the retail world.
