Samantha's End of School Year - Part 1

Last week, Samantha had her official last week of preschool.

She started off her last week with some very fun activities:

 

Samantha's Birthday falls in July, so Samantha's teachers put together a Birthday party for Sam and the classmates that are born from June to August.   When Sam arrived to school last week, she was greeted with a special sticker and a Happy Birthday hat.

Samantha's class celebrated with a Teddy Bear picnic.  All the students were asked to bring in their teddy bear and a bagged lunch.   Samantha's teddy bear won "The Best Valentine Teddy Bear" award.

Samantha had a hard time her last week of school because she knew she was done with school.  I just wanted to remind Sam that even though something important was ending in her life, she was still loved.  (It took me FOREVER to cut out her heart sandwich, but it was SO worth it).  Seeing Samantha's face after I picked her up that day was just full of smiles.
